Kerala Masala Roast Chicken


required things:
Chicken – 500 g
Onions – 2 (chopped)
Anise – 1/2 tsp
Green chillies – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 3 tbsp
Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Mallit powder – 2 tbsp
Garam Masala / Chicken masala – 1 1/2 tbsp Curry leaves – a few
Oil – 5 tbsp
Salt – as required
To soak …
Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Mallit powder – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – as required

Method:
Wash the chicken well in 1mutal clean water, water thoroughly and then shed it and keep aside. After a soak in a pan and add the items to keep the water in the paste, chicken pieces should be soaked for 10 minutes Freddie.
